6.3 Feature Description

The TLV902x (open-drain output) and TLV903x (push-pull output) devices are micro-power comparators that have low input offset voltages and are capable of operating at low voltages. The TLV90xx family feature a rail-to-rail input stage capable of operating up to 200mV beyond the power supply rails. The comparators also feature push-pull and open-drain output stage options.
