8.2.2.8 Replacing Asynchronous Converter

The LMR70410-Q1 can also be used to replace asynchronous converters such as LM2841-Q1 or LM2842-Q1, which need a rectifying diode in the application circuit. The design works fine with or without a rectifying diode connected to the switch node of the LMR70410-Q1 as shown in Figure 8-2
