8.1 Overview

The LM4060-Q1 is a family of high-precision shunt voltage references. The LM4060-Q1 family offers low 20ppm/°C temperature coefficient and 0.05% high precision initial accuracy. The LM4060 design eliminates the need for an external stabilizing capacitor and provides stability with capacitive loads up to 4.7µF.
