2.2.9.2 Analog Input

The analog input stage uses a TLV9001 operational amplifier configured as a voltage follower. In this design, the input voltage range spans 0V to 12V. A voltage divider first scales the input signal into the valid 0V to 3.3V range of the MSPM0 ADC. Due to the rail-to-rail input and output swing capability, the TLV9001 operates directly from the 3.3V supply while maintaining accurate signal buffering and low output impedance for driving the ADC.
