TPS482H85-Q1 (48V)

The TPS4H82H85-Q1 device is fully protected dual-channel smart high-side switch with two integrated 85mΩ NMOS power FETs. Protection and diagnostic features include accurate current sense, selectable current limit levels, OFF-state open-load and short-to-battery detection and thermal shutdown. High-accuracy current sensing provides a better real-time monitoring effect and more accurate diagnostics without further calibration. The external selectable-level high-accuracy current limit allows setting the current limit value by application. The device highly improves the reliability of the system by effectively clamping the inrush current under start-up or short-circuit conditions.
