H.P.B. Optoelectronics, established in 1985, is a leading Taiwanese camera manufacturer that specializes in automotive optoelectronics applications. The company also provides OEM/ODM solutions in the automotive and industrial space for optics, camera modules, imaging algorithms, and system integration. HPB's latest offerings include ultrasonic lens cleaning products with their instant clear view system (ICVS).

HPB has developed mechanical designs implementing ULC (using ULC1001) that can be sold as full camera modules for car OEMs. They can also act as a system integrator or ODM to design ULC into other customer applications. HPB handles the mechanical system that ULC1001 drives, which TI has limited experience and resources to support.
