The UCC280x family of high-speed, low-power integrated circuits contain all of the control and drive components required for off-line and DC-to-DC fixed frequency current-mode switching mode power supplies with minimal parts count.

These devices have the same pin configuration as the UCx84x family, and also offer the added features of internal full-cycle soft start and internal leading-edge blanking of the current-sense input.

The UCC280x family offers a variety of package options, temperature range options, choice of maximum duty cycle, and choice of critical voltage levels. Lower reference parts such as the UCC2803 and UCC2805 fit best into battery-operated systems, while the higher reference and higher UVLO hysteresis of the UCC2802 and UCC2804 make these ideal choices for use in off-line power supplies.

The UCC280x series is specified for operation from –40°C to 125°C.

PMP20852 — 3W 隔離三路輸出返馳式轉換器參考設計

PMP20852 是使用 UCC2805 控制器 IC 進行一次側穩壓的隔離返馳式轉換器參考設計。二次側有三個獨立隔離輸出,每個輸出都使用 LP2951 線性穩壓器,以在三個軌上的每個軌上提供穩定的 16V 輸出。此設計接受 10Vin 至 14Vin 的輸入電壓(額定電壓為 12Vin),並提供三個隔離式 16Voutput 輸出軌,每個輸出軌能夠為負載供應 65mA 的連續電流。此設計以 2 層 PCB 為基礎,且每層各有 1oz 的銅。
