65W High-efficiency CoC-5 tier2/DOE Level VI AC Adapter

This is a high efficiency 65W AC/DC design for a Universal input (85Vac to 265Vac) to 19.5V @3.33A output exceeding CoC-5 Tier2 and DOE Level VI requirements for external power supplies using the LM5023 Quasi-Resontant Flyback Controller with UCC24630 Synchronous Rectification Controller and CSD19531Q5A MOSFET.  Additionally the LM8364 reset controller is used to provide input line AC UVLO protection.

  • 91.49% @115V, 89.81% @230V 4-point average efficiency
  • 83.14% @120V, 82.24% @230V 10% load efficiency 
  • 59mW No-load Power consumption 59mW at high line (230V) 
  • Fast turn-on time
  • 75mV output ripple
