Overview

The TMUXBQB-DYYEVM allows for the quick prototyping and DC characterization of our line of TMUX products that use the 16-pin TSSOP (PW), WQFN (BQB) and SOT-23 THIN (DYY) packages.

Features
  • Quick prototyping and testing setup for TMUX devices in the BQB, DYY or PW package
  • Selectable connections to VSS, GND or float for thermal pad
  • Selectable connections to VDD, VSS or GND for each signal input using 2.54-mm shunt
  • Footprints for pull-up/pull-down and series resistors for each signal input
  • Footprints for decoupling capacitors for each input
  • Terminal block power supply connection

TMUX1308 — 5-V, 8:1, 1-channel general-purpose multiplexer with 1.8-V logic control TMUX1309 — 2-channel, 4:1 general-purpose analog multiplexer with 1.8-V logic control TMUX1574 — 5-V, 2:1 (SPDT), 4-channel analog switch with powered-off protection & 1.8-V input logic TMUX4051 — ±12-V, 8:1, one-channel multiplexer with 1.8-V compatible logic TMUX4052 — +/-12-V, 4:1, 2-channel multiplexer with 1.8-V logic compatible logic TMUX4053 — +/-12-V, 2:1, 3-channel multiplexer with 1.8-V logic compatible logic
