Información general

El UCC27288EVM está diseñado para evaluar el UCC27288D, que es un controlador de puerta de medio puente de 100V con una corriente de origen de pico de 2.5 A y una capacidad de corriente de pico de disipación de 3.5 A. Este EVM sirve como diseño de referencia para accionar MOSFET de alimentación con una tensión de accionamiento de hasta 20 V.
