Our culture is driven by our core values of integrity, innovation and commitment. These values have been at the heart of who we are and how we behave for decades, dating back to our founders and their vision for TI at its inception in 1930.
Code of Conduct
Our commitment to high ethical standards dates back to our inception in 1930 and remains the cornerstone of our business today. We are accountable to each other, our customers, our stakeholders and our communities. TIers are expected to follow our Code of Conduct, which aligns with our values and guides how we conduct business.
Integrity is our cornerstone. We believe in doing the right thing, always. It matters more to us than profits. We expect all our people to behave ethically.
Innovation is our lifeblood. It is the way we solve problems and push the boundaries of what’s possible to create products that change our world for the better. We expect innovation in every organization and from every employee.
Our research-and-development labs are named in honor of Jack Kilby, the TIer who invented the integrated circuit in 1958. Kilby Labs are innovation centers focused on delivering breakthrough technologies that are conceived and productized in every corner of our company. Kilby Labs researchers also work closely with faculty and students at top universities to move ideas rapidly from the whiteboard to development.
Commitment is our promise – our promise to each other, our customers and our communities. We commit to respect our stakeholders by doing what we say we will. We commit to safeguard the environment and make our communities stronger. We commit to win, setting high expectations for our performance to help our customers succeed. And we commit to respect and value one another and appreciate the unique perspective each person brings.
