SeqEventPending

The SeqEventPending field in the configuration parameters determines if the RAILn or GPOn will be enabled or disabled for sequencing. These values should align with SequenceEventParameter (see Section 4.2.4), if RAILn/GPOn is not disabled, it should also not be disabled in these parameters.
