7.2 Typical Application

The LMR14050 only requires a few external components to convert from wide voltage range supply to a fixed output voltage. A schematic of 5 V/5 A application circuit is shown in Figure 7-1. The external components have to fulfill the needs of the application, but also the stability criteria of the device’s control loop.
