6.3.5.3.3 SYNC Feature

The SYNC feature allows the user to synchronize the CLK_DIV, LOGICLK_DIV, LOGICLK_DIV_PRE, SYSREF_DIV, SYSREF_DIV_PRE, and SYSREF_DLY_DIV dividers so that the phase offset can be made consistent between power cycles. This allows users to synchronize multiple devices. This synchronization dividers can only be done through the SYSREFREQ pin, not the software.
