The output current of the LED is controlled with external resistor Rsense between CSP and CSN pins. Rsense value for the target current can be calculated using equation Equation 1. Noted that, to release IFD function and improve the accuracy of the output current in low duty cycle, the capacitor in parallel with sense resistor is required for boost and buck-boost topology. And it is optional for buck topology.

For example, if Rsense is set to 100mΩ. ILED will be 2A. A 100Ω RFLT on CSN is needed to protect the CSP and CSN pin. An offset on VREF need to be considered due to voltage drop on RFLT with common-mode leakage current of CSP and CSN pins.
