Parameter Measurement Information

Following load circuit is used to measure pulse duration, propagation delay, output rise-time and fall-time measurement.

GUID-20221218-SS0I-5RSN-DMVD-V9BVVRC7HNB1-low.svg Figure 6-1 Load Circuit
Load resistance RL = 1 MΩ for measuring data rate, pulse width, propagation delay and output rise and fall measurements. RL = 50 kΩ for measuring enable and disable times.
RT termination resistance should be equal to ZOUT of pulse generators.
CL Load capacitance includes probe and jig capacitance. CL = 15 pF when on the B-side.
VEXT External voltage for measuring switching times.
All input pulses are supplied by generators having the following characteristics: PRR ≤ 26 MHz, ZO = 50 Ω, slew rate ≥ 1 V/ns.
VCCI is the VCC associated with the input port.
VCCO is the VCC associated with the output port.
