Powered-off high impedance for I2C and I/O pins

When the supply voltage is below the UVLO threshold, the I2C and digital I/O pins are a high impedance state to prevent leakage currents from flowing through the device. When the EN pin is taken low, the device enters an isolation state, presenting a high impedance on all bus pins and pulling the READY pin low.
