The transmit hub port endpoint n 8-bit
read/write registers (USBTXHUBPORT[n]), like USBTXHUBADDR[n], must be
written only when a full- or low-speed Device is connected to transmit endpoint
EPn with a USB 2.0 hub. This register records the port of the USB 2.0 hub
through which the target associated with the endpoint is accessed.
Note: USBTXHUBPORT0 is used for both receive and transmit for endpoint 0.
