The device output voltage
VOUT(Nom) tracks the reference voltage at the ADJ pin when the
following conditions are met:
- The input voltage is at least 3.3V
(VIN(min)) and greater than the nominal output voltage plus the
dropout voltage (VIN > VOUT(nom) + VDO).
- The reference voltage at the ADJ
pin and the enable pin voltage VEN are both greater than the enable
rising threshold VEN, ON. The voltage on the ADJ pin stays stable at
the appropriate VREF value.
- The output current is less than
IOUT(max) (IOUT ≤ 150mA).
- The device junction temperature does not exceed
150℃ (TJ ≤ 150℃).
