6.4.3 Operation With VIN < 3.3V

For input voltages below 3.3V and above VUVLO (FALLING), the LDO continues to operate. However, certain internal circuits potentially do not have proper headroom to operate within specification. When the input voltage drops below VUVLO (FALLING), the device shuts off.
