Comparing SOT23-6 (DDC) and SOT23-5 (DBV)

Compared to SOT23-5, the SOT23-6 has better thermal performances with 10°C lower junction temperature and 12°C lower case temperature for the 2-A load. In addition, the SOT23-6 (DDC) package offers better efficiency at heavy loads as shown in Figure 4-5.
