7.3.13 Analog Temperature Sensor (TS)

The TPLD2001-Q1 has an Analog temperature sensor (TS) macro-cell that operates from -40°C to +125°C. The linear transfer function has a slope of -0.00446 V/°C (typ.) and an output voltage of 1.0536 V (typ.) at 0°C. The TS macro-cell has a ±5°C accuracy across the specified temperature range.

The formula to convert from temperature (T, in celsius) to sensor output (Vout, in volts) is: Vout = -0.00446 * T + 1.0536.
