Device Information

The TPS7H4013 is a 14V, 3A synchronous buck converter optimized for use in a space environment. High efficiency and reduced component count are achieved through peak current mode control. The wide voltage range of the TPS7H4013 enables it to be used as a point of load regulator to convert directly from a 12V rail.
