Power Requirements

The XTREVM-TRANSMITTER is powered through terminal block J1 as shown in Figure 2-1. Field supply must be between 8V to 36V for proper operation of the board. Field supply feeds into two buck converters. One of which powers the XTR200 and TPS2661 in an adaptive power circuit. The other buck converter is used to step down the supply voltage to two LDOs to generate 5V and 3.3V. The 5V supply powers the PWM circuitry and the 3.3V provides power to the sensor board MCU.
