Recommended Operating Conditions

PARAMETER MIN MAX UNIT
VDD Supply voltage 1.62 5.5 V
TTEMP Operating free-air temperature for the Temperature Sensor –40 125 °C
TRH Operating free-air temperature for the Relative Humidity Sensor(1) –40 100 °C
TA-HEATER Operating free-air temperature for the Integrated Heater –45 85 °C
RHOR Relative Humidity Sensor Operating Range (Non-condensing) (1) 0 100 %RH
Prolonged operation outside the recommended temperature operating conditions and/or at >80%RH with temperature in the higher recommended operating range can result in a shift of sensor reading, with slow recovery time. Note care needs to be taken when measuring RH at <0℃ due to potential for frost. See Exposure to High Temperature and High Humidity Conditions for more details.
