HDC3020 in WSON

The HDC3020 is the standard WSON device in the HDC3020 family. The HDC3020 does not have additional protection over the relative humidity (RH) sensor window and the sensor is centered. The device is available in a 2.5-mm × 2.5-mm WSON package. HDC3020 is electrically identical to HDC3021 and HDC3022. When using the HDC3020, take care to ensure all the requirements are followed.
