3.6.1 LDO/VREG

F28E12x and F280013x (for non 64VPM packages) support only internal VREG and have no VREGENZ pin. The VREGENZ pin is replaced with different functions.

F280015x and 64VPM F280013x have a VREGENZ pin, allowing support of both internal VREG and external source.
