TMCS1123

The TMCS1123 is a high-accuracy, reinforced isolated Hall current sensor for in-phase or DC-bus current sensing and overcurrent detection:

  • High accuracy, low drift (0.5% lifetime) with wide range of measurable current ranges from ±16A to ±96A
  • Integrates overcurrent detection, fast OC response time and sensor fault diagnostics enhance system-level safety
  • 5kV reinforced isolation and ±1300V reinforced working voltage
  • Integrates VREF for pseudo-differential sampling with A/D converter
  • Fixed sensitivity allows the TMCS1123 to operate from a single 3V to 5.5V power supply, eliminates ratiometry errors, and improves supply noise rejection
  • Extended industrial temperature range: –40°C to +125°C
