The XTR100,
XTR102, and XTR120 (XTR1xx) family is a family of precision amplifiers with
integrated highly-matched scaling resistors, making the devices an excellent choice
to implement a precision 2-wire 4-to-20mA transmitter driver. The amplifier is
optimized for low-power high precision applications, with zero-drift technology
resulting in unparalleled offset voltage, and offset drift. With an ultra-low 40µA
of typical quiescent current, the XTR1xx achieves
1.0MHz of bandwidth, a broadband noise of 40nV/√Hz, and
integrated 1/f noise of 1µVPP. XTR1xx
operates with supply voltages down to 1.7V, enabling low-voltage applications. XTR1xx integrates a highly-matched dual resistor of
40kΩ and 10kΩ, creating an ultra-precise ratio of 4:1 with 0.02% maximum tolerance,
and ±2ppm/°C drift. XTR100 comes in a 6-pin DBV package
compatible with common 5-pin SOT-23. XTR102 adds an extra
input for HART signal. XTR120 is a super-set of XTR102 with a second zero-drift precision amplifier that
can be used to actively filter PWM signals.
