The AMC0381D-Q1 is a
precision, galvanically isolated amplifier with a high-voltage DC, high impedance input, and fixed-gain
differential output. The input is designed to connect directly to a high-voltage
signal source.
The isolation barrier separates parts
of the system that operate on different common-mode voltage levels. The isolation
barrier is highly resistant to magnetic interference and is certified to provide
reinforced isolation up to 5kVRMS (60s).
The AMC0381D-Q1 outputs a differential signal proportional to the input
voltage. The differential output is insensitive to ground shifts and enables routing
the output signal over long distances.
The
AMC0381D-Q1 is available in three linear input voltage ranges:
600V, 1000V, and 1600V. With an integrated precision resistive divider, the AMC0381D-Q1 achieves better than 1% accuracy over the full temperature
range, including lifetime drift.
The AMC0381D-Q1 is available in a 15-pin, 0.65mm pitch SSOP package. The
device is fully specified over the temperature range from –40°C to +125°C.
