The TPS59603-Q1 drivers are optimized for high-frequency CPU VCORE applications. Advanced features such as reduced dead-time drive and auto zero crossing are used to optimize efficiency over the entire load range.

The SKIP pin provides the option of CCM operation to support controlled management of the output voltage. In addition, the TPS59603-Q1 supports two low-power modes. With the PWM input in tri-state, quiescent current is reduced to 130 µA, with immediate response. When SKIP is held at tri-state, the current is reduced to 8 µA (typically 20 µs is required to resume switching). Paired with the appropriate TI controller, the drivers deliver an exceptionally high performance power supply system.

The TPS59603-Q1 device is packaged in a space saving, thermally-enhanced 8-pin, 2-mm x 2-mm wettable flanks WSON package and operates from –40°C to 125°C.

TPS59632Q1EVM-057 — 適合汽車 Vcore 應用的三相、60-A、DCAP+、DC/DC 降壓控制器評估模組

TPS59632Q1EVM 評估模組 (EVM) 讓使用者可評估 TPS59632Q1 控制器。此控制器為三相 D-CAP+ 同步降壓免驅動控制,並搭載 I²C 介面。EVM 之運作使用 3.0V 和 6V 之間的輸入轉換電壓供應。 控制器需要 5V 額定值的偏壓電壓供應。EVM 之設計可適用於 0.875V 下提供熱設計電流 40A,以及最大瞬態電流 60A。  瞬態電流是使用板載瞬態產生器所產生,可由外部函數產生器啟動(EVM 未隨附函數產生器)。輸出電壓可使用 I²C 介面(EVM 不隨附 I²C 介面工具),在 0.5V 和 1.52V 之間調整。
