概要

TI の IC とリファレンス・デザインは、AC (交流) モーターの高精度で滑らかかつ効率的な制御に適した、AC ドライブ制御モジュールの製作に役立ちます。リアルタイム制御、強力な処理機能、高精度のアナログ・シグナル・チェーン、高信頼性のトランシーバは、高速制御アルゴリズムと現場の通信プロトコルの実行に役立ちます。

設計要件

AC ドライブ制御モジュールの一般的な要件：

  • トルクと速度の滑らかな制御に適した、センサ制御とセンサレス制御のアルゴリズム。
  • 信頼性の高い通信に適した、低レイテンシ、低いビット・エラー・レート、EMC (電磁適合性) 耐性のある各種インターフェイス。
  • 制御機器や監視機器とのインターフェイスとして機能する、高精度アナログ I/O と高速デジタル I/O。
  • 信頼性の高い動作に役立つ、高効率、シーケンス対応、スーパーバイザ搭載の複数の電圧レール。
