Automotive 77-GHz radar module reference design with object data output


Design files


TIDA-01570 is a reference design for a 76- to 81-GHz radar sensor module. The power supplies on board convert the automotive battery input to the required rails for the radar analog front end (AFE), processors and CAN-FD transceiver. After processing, object data is provided over the included N-FD phy.

  • Provides wide-range supply voltage for power over coax (4 V to 14 V)
  • Automotive battery can directly supply board power with protection from reverse current
