The TMS320DM36x Digital Video Evaluation Module (DVEVM) enables developers to start immediate evaluation of TI’s Digital Media (DMx) processors and begin building digital video applications such as IP security cameras, action cameras, drones, wearables, digital signage, video doorbells, and other digital video products

The TMS320DM36x DVEVM allows developers to write production-ready application code for the ARM and provides access to the HDVICP coprocessor core using DMx APIs to begin immediate application development for the TMS320DM368 and TMS320DM365 digital media processors.

  • TMS320DM368 Digital Media processor-based development board
  • Parallel Camera Input compatible with Leopard Imaging LI-5M02 camera board
  • Video capture of NTSC or PAL signals via component for HD and composite/S-Video for SD
  • NTSC or PAL output via component for HD and composite/S-Video for SD
  • Other features such as microphone in, headphone out, line in and line out, UART, USB 2.0 HS, 2GB NAND Flash memory and JTAG for test
  • Linux Support Package Software Development Kit (LSP SDK) and TI eXpressDSP™ Linux-based DVSDK provided in kit
  • TI’s HD MPEG-4, H.264, MPEG2 as well as JPEG production codecs
  • Note: A barrel jack with leads for connection to a bench supply is provided. A Power Supply is not included in this kit and must be purchased separately. A recommended wall mount supply is the SMI18-5-V-P5 (5V, 3A)
