Fault Flag Recovery Time

Fault flag recovery time (tRECOVERY(FLAG)) measures the delay between the source voltage falling from overvoltage condition to below fault supply voltage (VDD or VSS) plus 0.5 V and the general fault flag (FF) pin to rise above 3 V with 5 V external pull-up. Figure 8-10 shows the setup used to measure tRECOVERY(FLAG).
