SYSREF Output Buffer for LOGICLK

The LOGISYSREFOUT output supports the three formats of LVDS, LVPECL, and CML. The LOGISYSREFOUT_EN enables the output buffer and LOGISYSREF_FMT sets the format. LVDS mode allows programmable common mode, LVPECL and CML require external components, and CML allows programmable output power (see Table 6-10).
