Fault Behavior

TPS59632-Q1 device has a complete suite of fault detection and protection functions, including input under-voltage lockout on all power inputs, over voltage and over current limiting, and output under voltage detection. The protection limits are given in the tables above. The converter suspends switching when the limits are exceeded and PGOOD goes low. In this state, the fault register 14h can be read. To exit fault protection mode, the bias power (V5A, VDD and VINTF) must be cycled as described in Bias Power (V5A, VDD, And VINTF) UVLO.
