  1. JMODE 1: complex data, interpolate x2.
    1. Configuration details:
      1. 10.24GSPS
      2. 10.3125Gbps SERDES rate
      3. 16 lanes
      4. JESD_M = 2
      5. CHA & CHB outputs are equal
