Tracker Output Voltage (VOUT)

Because this device is a tracking LDO, the output voltage equals (and tracks) the voltage provided to the ADJ pin. However, this functionality is conditional on sufficient voltage being provided to the IN pin (≥3.3V), ADJ pin (≥2V), and EN pin (≥1.8V). The LDO remains enabled as long as both VEN and VADJ exceed VEN, ON. The LDO is disabled when either VEN or VADJ become less than VEN, OFF. The values of VEN, ON and VEN, OFF are specified in the Electrical Characteristics table. The device has a soft-start feature incorporated, which allows the output voltage to rise linearly and limits the in-rush current at start-up. After start-up and attaining steady state, VOUT remains within ±6mV from the voltage set on VADJ over all specified operating conditions. VOUT is the device output voltage and VADJ is the ADJ pin voltage.
