Precision Signal Sensing

There are many precision signals that need to be measured in an ATE system.Figure 2-3 is a typical precision voltage sensing circuit. A low leakage and fast buffer ( Figure 2-3) is placed before the resistor divider. In some cases, the PGA can take low leakage and scale down requirements, such as PGA855 and PGA849.
