SM-5: VCC undervoltage; UVCC

The TCAN1144-Q1 and TCAN1146-Q1 monitors the VCC supply rail that powers the CAN transceiver. For undervoltage events, there is a filter time, tUVFLTR, that the event must last longer than for the tUVSLP timer to start. Once the tUVSLP timer expires and the under voltage condition is still present, the device enters sleep mode or fail-safe mode if enabled. See UVCC state diagram.
