8.3.22.8 Boot-strap Overvoltage Clamp

To protect the ext. FET gate and the internal gate drive circuit the gate driver features an overvoltage clamp. If the voltage goes above VTH(BST_OV) the overvoltage clamp circuit sinks a current from HBx to SWx as long as the voltage is above the threshold.
