1.3 Specification

REF54EVM-2 primary function is to evaluate the ceramic package version of the REF54 precision voltage reference. Footprints are available on the board to install a capacitor to use with the noise reduction (NR) pin. There is also a footprint on the board that can be used to evaluate the SOIC package version of REF54. The board is evaluated with an 8.5 digit DMM.
