EVM Connections

The REF54EVM-2 provides various connections to evaluate REF54. See Table 2-1 for information on these connections.

Offers an additional test point to measure from when both leads of J2 are shorted

Resistive Load Selection

J1 Top Pin: NA

Connect the middle pin of J1 to the top pin of J1 to source up to 10mA into VREF_F and VREF_S which are shorted together. Connect the middle pin of J1 to the bottom pin of J1 to sink up to 10mA current from VREF_F and VREF_S which are shorted together.
