Description

The REF54EVM-2 is a precision voltage reference evaluation module that demonstrates the performance of a high precision series reference device (REF54 in the ceramic LCCC package) from Texas Instruments. The REF54 is a family of low drift, and low noise voltage reference devices. REF54 offers low temperature drift, low flicker noise, and low long-term drift. Using REF54EVM-2 and the appropriate lab equipment, the user can evaluate the performance of REF54, including its initial accuracy, quiescent current, temperature drift, long-term drift, noise, and force/sense output and ground capabilities.
