IOVDD and VDD Power Supply Options on EVM

TAS2573EVM daughter card provides flexible options for IOVDD and VDD power supplies. There are options to select between internal or external voltage sources for each of these supplies individually.

IOVDD is the input/output power supply for TAS2573 device, which can be either 1.2V or 1.8V.

VDD is the analog power supply for TAS2573 device, which must be fixed 1.8V.

By default, 1.8V coming from the AC-MB motherboard (IOVDD_MB) has been selected for IOVDD. VDD is powered from an on-board 1.8V LDO (1.8V_LDO).

If an external supply is to be used, simply remove J26-IOVDD or J33-VDD, and connect the voltage source to J24-IOVDD or J27-VDD.
