TLV902xL-Q1 Open Drain Output POR Behavior

For the TLV902xL1-Q1 open-drain output, the POR circuit keeps the output high, or high impedance ("HI-Z"), during the POR period (ton).

The nature of an open collector output is that the output rises with the pull-up voltage during the POR period.

The TLV902xL2-Q1 option starts with the output low through POR then remains latched low post-POR until cleared.
