7.3.4.1 UVLO

The LP5816 has an internal comparator that monitors the voltage at VCC. When VCC is below VCC_UVLO, the device resets and keeps in Power On Reset (POR) state. When VCC ramps above VCC_UVLO, the device enters INITIALIZATION mode and the POR flag is set. The POR flag needs manual clear by setting POR_CLR bit when CHIP_EN = 1.
