OPA836 (same as OPA2836-Q1) (205 MHz)

The OPA836 is a bipolar operational amplifier with 110 MHz of large signal GBW (205 MHz small signal). It has 4.6 nV/√Hz of broadband noise, a 65 μV typical offset and 1 μV/ºC of drift. The 560 V/μs slew rate can be applied in hard-wired, comparator-based current interruption schemes to interrupt faults faster than the sampling rate of the ADC. The OPA2836-Q1 is a dual amplifier in an automotive-qualified 8-pin VSSOP package.
