The OPA863 is a bipolar operational amplifier with 50-MHz GBW. The device has 5.9 nV/√Hz of broadband noise, a 400-μV typical offset, and 1 μV/ºC of drift. The OPA863 is optimized for a faster overdrive recovery time from the negative rail.
